Dear Sir/Madam,

My mother had a Eye Catarract , So we planned to do the surgery, she is holding the MDI Healthinsurance and Royal Hospital cash, Sankara eye hospital was listed in the MDI india, so we went to the Sankara eye hospital and asked for option of cashless through MDI insurance,the never accepted the cashless option the advice to pay the money and later you can claim the money and also the promised to help the claim formalities, so i accepted and paid the cash and after the surgery, i went with Claim form for MDI Health insurance and Royal sundram Hospital cash, the never responded back, so i visited the twice and atlast the sign the only MDI claim form, but when i asked for sign for Royal sundram hospital cash the never accept, stating we cannot sign twice, I explained that both the insurance is different one is hospital and another is Health insurace the never accepted, so please do the needful on this.
