My mother had complaint of eye catarract, so we plan to make a surgery, as my father is RBI retired person he have MDI insurance which cover for my mother also, when we checked in the insurance for cashless facilities, Sankara eye hospital was listed in MDI india insurance for cashless facilities, but when i checked with the Hospital administration the said no we wont take the MDI insurance you better pay the money and then you can claim with MDI , so i accepted paid the money after the operation, I went with claim form for MDI Health insurance and Royalsundram Hospital cash,while i asked the sign for the claim form the never responded properly i went twice and atlast i got the signature for only Health insurance, the never accepted to sign for Hospital cash stating that we wont put the signature for two claim form, please do the needful regarding this
