Dear Sirs,

My name is Trilok kumar. T and was affected by *Pilonidal Sinus *in the
month of October and got it operated then at MADHAVA NURSING HOME in
Secunderabad by *Dr. Mohan Chary*. After this I was selected for *OFFICERS
TRAINING ACADEMY* after undergoing a strenuous interview process at Bhopal
in the month of December but got a temporary rejection in the medical for
the reason of *Pilonidal sinus.* I had got it operated again on 5th of
January in the same hospital by *Dr. A K Chary *father of *Dr. Mohan Chary.
*Now, when i have gone for a remedial checkup to get the medical cleared to
join *OFFICERS TRAINING ACADEMY* , the military doctors rejected me because
there is a chance for it to reoccur as the operation was not performed
properly.

Faced by these circumstances, costing my career and a pain unbearable
and operations costing to a tune of 30.000 Rs, What are the options i have
to sue the hospital and how do i go about it. Please reply with options for
me.
