At first I want to give my heartest Wishes to you for Help the consumer to get
their right. I am a memer of Consumer court club since a long time and I read
all the mail which are related to consumer court and save all the mail which are
sending by your kind self.

I am a married service man in a private sector. I want to say that a new baby
born in our familly on dated 04.07.07. But unfortunately he was born in BAWA
HOSPITAL - BHIWANI by SIJERION OPERATION. Doctor have collected Rs 16500/- from
me a as Operation Fee along with all other expenses ie Medecine, Room Rent and
visit fee.

At the time of payment I ask them for a Bill or cash memo as a reciept of Rs
16500/-. But they totally refused to give cash memo or any type bill. Also said
that no any hospital can give such type bill or cash memo.

So sir at first I want to know that can I have right to get the cash memo from
Hospital ? secondly How can I get the cash memo ?


If I get a cash memo then I can claim the same ammount in our company and hope
that I will recieved some amount from our company.

So you are requested please arrange to guid me sir,
