Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself pramila patil residing at BHAYANDAR (e) Dist Thane, i admit my mother in hospital dated on 17.07.2010 for accidental case.

my mother slept from stair & she got injured we admit her in hospital. The total cost of bill is aprx 17000/- in which they provided all injections & charge very high rate than margin price . total glucose bottle as per our knowledge 7/8 but they charge for 12. stitching charges around 6000/7000 charges other charges for this that 1250/-

After this complain they discounted 3000/- & now i want bill but they are not ready to give and saying if you want bill pay whole amount of 17000/-

please tell me what to do in this situation.
& documents for register complain against this hospital.
