I already have a card for my entire family with Aditya Birla Hospital (Chinchwad-Pune) for the last 3 years. Every visit costs Rs 250. We have our family pediatrician and family doctors all from the Aditya Birla. Some months back I went with my son and they told me that the last visit we had was 4 months back and since we had not visited them in the last 3 months, I would have to pay 400 instead of 250. I questioned authorities and they made me fill up a feedback form and said we will take care of it. Yesterday, again i went with my daughter and this time we were sick after 5 months, so again i had to pay 400. So that means that all family members according to the hospital have to fall sick every 3 months, otherwise we pay more. What nonsense is this?

They have given me an invoice. In the invoice is mentioned Discounted Reason-old patient and then in the description they have charged me first visit charges of Rs 300 + hospital registration fee of Rs 100 = 400

Ask them the Definition of "Discounted Reason-old patient" in written.
