Respected Sir,

My name is Deepti Sethi and i would like to tell you that i have been suffering with the Pain Lower abdomen for the last 15 days. First, i visited to the nearest doctor for the consultation. Before he checked he told me to get the ultrasound done first then i would suggest you some medicines. But, i did not get relief after taking the medicines.

After a week, i visited an another doctor. He consulted me and wrote down some medicines. After having two dozes the pain would be the same and i called him and he advised me to get admitted into Vinayak Hospital located at Plot No 2, Main Road, Derawal Nagar, Delhi-110009.

I have also a mediclaim policy from Oriental Insurance and the policy no is 212700/48/2010/1034 and the hospital is in the list which is given by the company. But they denied to get me admitted into the hospital and demanded 3000 cash in advance and i deposited because i was not able to get relief from the pain. As per the admin they told me that your approval would come first then your money would be reimbursed. But they denied to send the approval to the isurance company. And all the medical and the hopital bills are paid by me.

Please review the above request and let me know what should i do in future to get the money back.
