This is in regards to my dental treatment at Ceramco Clinic, I was advised by the dentist for a tooth extraction and a RCT (Root Canal treatment) at ceramco.

My right side upper wisdom was to be removed and the second last tooth had to go through a RCT. During the treatment the doctor did RCT prior to the extraction.

While doing the extraction Dr Krupali factured the tooth in front. I didnt realise until the next day when I seen the tooth shake rigiriously. I confronted Dr Krupali who said that the tooth had factured and she was not responsible for it. She even had the audacity to ask me if I had chewed sumthing hard with that tooth.

How on earth is it possible to eat sumthing from the right side of my mouth when I had 2 sticthes and an open wound.

Due to this trauma, not only have I suffered mental & Physical pain but now I have to pay Ceramco for someone else's mistake. I have not only lost my tooth but also the money for re-structuring the entire grinders on the right side.

The approximate cost of which can be 25000- 40000.

Since I didnt want to get treated again at Ceramco, I went to a professional Dentist in Borivali. To my surprise the doctor after seeing my factured tooth in the X-ray but did not reveal the truth to me. Instead he tried to cover up for Dr Krupali by telling me that he couldnt talk against his someone from his own faternity.

After paying 3000/- I got rid of the fractured tooth, I asked the professional doctor again, and again he said there was no point blaming anyone for it. Doesnt a Doctor swear to treat his patients to the best of his ability? Where is the moral of these doctors gone? Or are they become like just businessmen, trading with human life

I'm at the losing end because of this Syndicate which is run by dentist in borivali. Not only have I lost my Tooth but I have also lost my looks, money and confidence. I cant smile like before, as it embarrassing. Infact I'm having trouble pronouncing certain words becoz of the empty space.

Well If Dr Krupali has made this mistake. She has to take the responsiblity for it. If doctors are going to treat patients like this, we will soon lose our trust with them.

I would like Ceramnco to not only pay the bills of my further treatment but also compensate me with a Sum of Rs. 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs only) which is nothing compare to the loss that I will have to suffer for my lifetime without my original tooth.

V. MAHABOL DENTAL CLINIC at Govind Nagar, Borivali....has become a business place for Dr. Mahabol..he has been extracting surplus fees from his patients giving treatments that is not required and these have been given by interns...Mr. Mahabol just suggests the treatment and all the experiments are done by these interns..
Also, he has trained his interns for doing marketing of his services and treatments and forcing the patients to get the treatment done which might not be necesary..
Pls DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC....Also, request to let us make a consumer forum specifically for medical treatments where we can share our expericenxe and rank these clinics...if anyone interested in such collective effort put ur comments here...
