With reference to your letter No. MCI-211(2)(390)/2009-Ethics/30355 dated 19th August, 2009, on the subject noted above, it is informed that Delhi Medical Council examined the complaint of Shri Shailesh Kumar Rai against Ayushman Hospital. The Council has observed that the complaint was an Email and unsigned. As such this complaint cannot be entertained as it does not fulfill the basic requirement under Rule 32 of Delhi Medical Council Rules 2003 which mandates “no complaint shall be entertained unless it is in writing and signed by the person making it”.
