I went to an army hospital for treatment of my daughter who discharged her saying fit. But when taken to the private hospital, she was treated well there for the disease the army doctor said fit. I spent Rs. 5000/- for her. Can I file a case against the doctor for getting my refund as me & my family is entitled for free medical service in army hospital. Where & how to file a case? Please advice.
