I am Neeta I was 6 week 5 days pregnant when I went to a Gynaec with severe gastric trouble. Gynaec prescribe me a medicine and told me to go for sonography. I went to the sonographer for Sonography but he told me tht he can see cardiac activity in the uterus and suggested me to follow up Nuchal scan between 11 to 14 weeks. I showed the report of sonograher to my Gynaec and she told me tht according to the report everything is normal.
I went to Sonography according to the week said by the Sonographer but this time I was bleeding internally profusely as my left fallopian tube was ruptured. It was an Ectopic Pregnancy. Immediately My gyanec operated me as I was in a life threating condition but couldn't save the fallopian tube. I don't have kids and now my chances of pregnancy has become below normal.
I showed my reports to other doctors they said that from sonography report it can be clearly diagnose tht it was a tubal pregnancy.

I want to file a case against Sonograher. How to file. Please help .
