I started my skin treatment eight months ago. At the time of joining I was taking allopathic tratment which Dr Batra promised will not be required once I start their treatment.
Now eight months have passed and there is not even slightest of improvement in my condition. Every time I consult the doctor, they give medicine for one month and advice that it will show effects this month. They have duped me to paying the two years fees at on go in the begining and now they telling me wait and watch since last eight months.

Dr. Neelam Tiwari at noida clinic every time tells that she is giving the right medicine and doesn't know why there is no effect or improvement. I believe they are planning to spend whole two years I had pai for in this fashion only.

I tried submitting my complaint on their website also but they just don't bother about it. I never got a responce.

Now since last two months I am told that they will arrange a consultation with a senior doctor in Mumbai who is just next to Dr Batra himself. But every weelk they plan a meeting and cancel at last moment saying the doctor is busy and not available. Just wondering what what is more important for that doctor thta she is not able to attend to a patient which is suffering since half an year at their hands.

It seems this is their modus operandi, Just charge lumpsum fee in the beginning and relax!!

Can anyone please advice how this can be sorted?

This is Rajeeb kumar Behera,my id code is-(214600343608).I have been suffering from asthma since 10 years.My symptom is so serious becauze i use to take medicines inhaler i.e eloptathic,and when i use to try any other medicines the regular medicines start inactive,and i face severe attacks .when i visited dr batra's clinic ,ultadange,kolkta branch ,i disscussed with the consultants about this ,but they didnt take my case seriously and send me to the fresh practiceners where as senior professionals were there.As a result my condition became so critical.On th second appoint ment i told to make an appontment with the specialist they told it is not possible so u need to wait 1 month more and gave a medicine by changing previous one again i felt the same.Now i am waitting for another 1 month where as they have taken total amount for 1 year,i asked for instalments they didnt gave and told at one shot only i have to pay.Now i cant stop taking medicine ,becz they told they cant refund my money.So what to do i cant think of at this position.
Now my usula medicine is also not responding 100%.
These DR BTRA's doesnot have any healing solutions rather they are cheating people,and playing with the health of peoplw with their false commitment .I am totally fed off.Please any one help me in this regards.My email id-(raj.erpk@gmail.com)
