Dear Sir/Madam,

I was undergoing treatment for my skin problem @Dr.Batras clinic, Bangalore. Due to sinusitis issue i was informed that i will be given a treatment. But for the past one year there was no improvement and it is getting worse. so i had asked for a refund of my amount of Rs.13,000/- which i had paid for two full years. Once i asked they started convincing and responding. But still i haven't got my refund amount and nobody from Dr.batra's clinic seems to be taking it seriously.


please help me in getting my amount back.
