The present appeal was placed before the Lok Adalat. Parties are arrived at settlement. As per settlement the appellant paid sum of Rs.30,000/- through cheque in favour of respondent No.1. Receipt to that effect is placed on record. Appellant is given liberty to get refund of s.25,000/- deposited with Dist.Consumer Forum, Latur.
