Dear Sir,

This is not my first time that as a consumer i have been cheated.But this one has shocked me totally n i want to stand up n fight for it.
For the past 2 years i have been taking treament at dr. batras for cold n allergy because they convinced me that if i took the medicine for two years only then it wd cure me completely.Therefore i paid Rs.12,200 for the 2 year treatment.After the completion of two years during my last appointment with a senior doctor i said that i wasn't feeling any better,so she tells me that i would be fine if i continue taking it for another 2years n if i stop nw i would be back to square one.When i asked her what medicines have they given me for the past two years she dismissed my question saying that at different times they gave different medicines.Till date i don't have asingle prescription from them nor any of my case history record was given to me.I don't know what have they been giving me foor the past two years.
I need an answer to this n i need my money back too.PLEASE HELP ME..

actually i givaen 15000/- in advance for my hair lose treatment....in batra clinic anna nagar, some time i used to get medicine, and after 6 months they sttopped to send the medicine also..and no communication also. Now i am going to approach the consumer coart against dr batra.........
