Greetings!!
I would like to bring to your notice, the events which i have encountered on my course to get a home loan sanction from LIC Housing Finance Ltd.
I had applied for a home loan sanction in the month of January 2012 and submitted all the relevant documents pertaining to me and my wife.
My File no is 3108001077.
Although it has been more than 5 months, i have still not received any sanctions leave apart a proper communication about my application. It is highly disappointing that i had such an experience with the organisation.
Since the purpose for which the processing fee had been deposited is still not completed, i had written to them for withdrawing my application and requested to Refund the amount of Rs 5515/- (Rs Five Thousand Five Hundred and Fifteen only).
It has been a month since i have writing mails to the concerned on the Id's mentioned herewith (ro.northern_crm@lichousing.com, ro.northern@lichousing.com, lichousing@lichousing.com, taruna.malik@lichousing.com, girish.sharma@lichousing.com), but there has been no response of any quality from them.

I have been left with no option but to complain in this forum. Request you to kindly help as it has subjected me to mental harassment. The builder has started asking for funds for the further development at the site and i am not in a position to provide the same.

Looking forward to an early resolution to my problem. Thanks in anticipation.
