Submit Complaint..It is a regular practice by the SBI Guwahati beltola branch to decline ECS from LICHF Ltd.So before I apply for ECS from SBI Beltola branch, I told the Beltola Branch manager that please see that my ECS is not declined.The manager assured me of not doing the practice with me but duducted a sum of Rs.100 as ECS
charge.Actually I took a home loan from lich ltd. Panbazar guwahati branch,and after two years of payments by cheques I applied to get the emi deducted by ecs from my salary a/C of sbi guwahati branch in feb.2012 for the month of may 2012 onwards.Accordingly ecs deduction charge of rs.100 was deducted from my a/C.But I was surprised that even after repeated request for not making harasment by declining ecs which is a regular practice with that sbi branch,the bank declined the ecs mendate by the lich ltd. And I had to pay the penealty of rs.250 for the fault of the banking jaints.Please help .

LIC HFL Complaint Four months back I had given to LIC HFL ,KG marg New Delhi a request for refund of processing fee paid for my Housing Loan sanctioned by LIC HFL. LIC HFL could not disburse the term loan as the necessary approvals were not there with the builder and I had every intent of taking the loan from LIC .The Processing fee paid by me was Rs 5515 in the month of april via cheque no 53531 and Rs. 11030 vide cheque no 53538 in the month of July 2011.As loan could not be disbursed by LIC so request you to refund the processing fee.

Fraud by SBI and LIC HF Ltd Guwahati branch.
