I would like to take this opportunity of submitting my complaint against ICICI home against property loan and expose the malpractices followed there. My Loan account number is NHCHD00000727895 for Rs512950.
My loan with ICICI started in 31/01/2008 with promised roi of 11% fixed, but the agent fleeced us and instead of home loan he gave us LAP loan with higher interest rate. At that time we didnt complained against agent Because Agent told us to please continue with Lap loan which he will later get changed to Home loan. We thought we will repay anyhow so we should not make any fuss. But afterwards he never did anything. That was how we got loan. But here I would like to bring notice how systematically and tactically the roi is increased in LAP loan and how customer is taken for ride.

As you can see I am paying roi of 16.75 , which is highest in India or may be in the whole world. The loans offered by HDFC, the competitor of ICICI is at the rate of 12%. ICICI has to offer the same rate as of Competitors. It cant just make a customer base in a loan segment and go on increasing thier rate without concern to market.
The things dont settle here. I have loan for around the duration of 42 Years and its been around 4 Years since the loan has been taken. During these years I have paid Interest of Rs 310855. While my principle has only been reduced only by Rs 14868. I was not aware of these anomalies. But just now my brother checked my account and saw these anomalies. Seeing these big anomalies we just want to repay whole amount. But seeing the amount of interest that is whooping above 3Lakh for a loan amount of 5Lakh we will be in big lurch if we repay at this point of 4 years. We would have paid then by the interest rate of a whooping proportion. We just dont want this loan anymore. I want to know if I repay amount straight away will ICICI count interest rate for 4 years and adjust rest interest already paid @ 42 years or will it keep Rs 3 Lakh being charged to me. Either they give us comfortable repayment option or else they decrease my roi to market prevailing rates and reduce my tenure of loan. With the help of your website I would like to know whats my legal position on this matter are.
Also I am smelling very big fraud/scam of this so called increase of roi and making up of installment parts and repayment. Customers are taken for ride.

I applied for a home loan, (Application No. 7781136336), which has been sanctioned.
I have received the 1st demand letter from the developers on 26.03.2012 which have been notified to the bank.
But the first installment have not been disbursed as of now.
I have sent quite a few emails as you can see but none of them have been replied as of now.
I had a word with the relationship officer (Mr. Nirupam Ghosh) and also the Branch Sales Manager Mr. Razi Ahamed a few days back.
As far as I understand there is an issue because they cannot disburse the amont if the property is not registered.
When I first went to the bank for this home loan, I was being asked (by Mr. Rupesh Jain, who was handling all my documents and forms) if I would do the registration of this property, saying clearly its optional. I decided to opt out, as I wanted to do the registration on handover. Mr Jain's words were well supported by his senior Mr. Atul Gupt, who also informed me that it was optional and would not be a problem.
I informed your bank to get all the documents and formalities completed while I was there in India as I will not be able to come down anytime soon. I submitted all the necessary documents as requested so that the loan gets sanctioned smoothly.
Now, when the loan is sanctioned ( already got the sanction letter) and I have received the 1st demand letter from the developers, I am being told that I have to do the registration of the property. I am being told different reasons and solutions.
> That the property has been categorized as B (dont know what it is - was never informed about it) and inorder to disburse the amount registration is required. So atleast register the agreement.
> 75% of the property is not completed so it needs to be registered.
> It is a part of the policy, we dont say it before as we dont know if your loan will get sanctioned. It is only after the loan gets sanctioned, we ask to register the property. (But I was being communicated very differently, stating it is optional)
> We had another customer buying a property from the same developers, and he has opted to do the registration, so inorder to maintain impartiality the property should be registered. ( The other customer opted to register, how come it gets enforced on me)
I have escalated it to the Regional Head Mortgages ( Mr Gagan Anand), but still have no response from him.
I was being warned by a lot of my friends and family not to go with ICICI as they always create problem.
I am still waiting for a reply from them.
I am existing customer of ICICI home loan having account number LBNAG 00001578041. It is very very UNPLEASANT experience for me with this bank.
for above mentioned account number my monthly payment of EMI deduction through ECS., which was through my Axis Bank account and there was regular deduction from Axis Bank till JANUARY"12. But in the month of FEBRUARY"12 I have been informed by bank that my Axis Bank account is closed and I will have to pay by cheque, in fact my Axis Bank account is active. And when I approach your bank I came to know that ECS is active with HDFC Bank, and deactivated from Axis bank,where as there is no any instruction for change of bank from my side.
Kindly let me know why it has been change as per your convince while the is no instruction.
When I approach to bank I have been ask to pay let payment charges where as for which I am not responsible (at the same time which may affect my CIBL record.)
Kindly let me know why my ECS with Axis Bank have been stop ?
and when it will get continue with Axis bank.

There was issue between property developer(RICHWOODS-RAMA GROUP) and icici bank(Nayan tara building,bhandarkar road,Pune) for NOC Format which caused delay in disbursement of home loan.My loan was approved and approved loan copy is also with me.After communiction from bank representative Mr.chetan Taunk and Mr.Pushkal Dwivedi that due to NOC Format issue bank doesn,t aggree to disburse the loan,so i cancelled the loan and branch agree to pay me admin fee but till date branch has not paid the refund amount to me.
I had a home loan account from ICICI Bank, Kottayam Branch with no LBAPY00000720930. For me bank sanctioned loan amount 2,00,000,Its started on 2006. The 1st year the ROI was 8% and its increased upto 15.75 at the year 2012. The EMI increased from 1972 to 2377. The amount i paid already above 2,00,00. While I have received the statement,the balance amount was 1,97,430. I planned to close the loan amount by selling the property. For knowing the balance amount in my home loan, I visited 2 times ICICI bank Alappuzha Branch. They did not gave me the details, they told me their server is down come tomorrow, then I went next day, again they said the same thing. Then I went to Kottayam Branch.
I have foreclosure the loan on 12/09/2012. I asked them about my documents. The branch staff told me to call after two weeks for the Documents. Actually I am in need of my documents as fast as possible, because I need to sell my property to clear off my credits. Unfortunately I have received a registered letter from the bank, my document will get only on 25/10/2012, that means it will take almost 1 and 1/2 month to get the documents from the central storage facility of the ICICI bank. I think ICICI bank's central store is not in India?????
while paying loan amount, they used to call 4,5 times in a week to clear the EMI, Also added extra amount for even 1 day too. Here Customer used to wait much time for getting their Own Documents.........is it fair??????????????????????????????????
