No Response from Cust. Representative or Loan Dept Hi,
I have submitted requested to customercare.racpune@axisbank.com regarding my loan statement on 13th Jan 2012. My email was forwarded to loans@axisbank.com on the same day.
But since then I am not getting any response either from Loan Dept or from customer representative. I have followed up three to four times via email. I have tried calling their office numbers 020-41081234/35/36. I even called thier corporate office but no one is picking the phone.
This is very poor quality of service. Not sure how to deal with this situation. Please advice.

Picking the phone, or voicemail or return calls are not part of even top managers. We are still not that civilized, and used to harassment and frustration. That is one of reason no educated person wants to remain in India given a chance. Basic comfort levels or human respect or values in India are even below the standard of countries like Thailand, Indonsia or Philippines. Our suffering is part of our democracy and normal life.
