Sir,

I have taken home loan from Barclays Bank for Rs. 55,90,000/- (Floating rate of Interest, 10.75%, Oct,2011 onwards)
Tenure

After paying 2 EMI,s for Oct,2011 & Nov,2011, They increased rate of interest to 11.25%, Loan period extended to 19.5 years.

I have written to the Bank, but they have not given any response.
I have also heard that their Bank has been shutdown. But I have communication with bank.

They have not specified the name of Bank Manager, Who is handling my case. They will only specify- Complaints department, and no specific
person concerend.

I have decided to continue my EMI, BUT parallaly want my case to be considered by Consumer Court.
Bank may also incresae rates further, instead of dropping down.

I will be submitting all Loan papers shortly.
