Preclouser fee of 2% for my IDBI Bank Home Loan Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a home loan from IDBI Bank Bangalore from July 2006,its a floating rate and the current rate of Interest is 12%, its becoming burden to me , their service is pathetic no Statements,no Interest hike intimation ,every time asked for they keep saying its been sent but i receive other docs like KYC but not these. Right now Interest:Principle per EMI is 10%:90%, wanted to transfer to other bank which is promising to provide at Interest of 10.5% PA , but IDBI Bank is charging 2% fee on balance, should this bank be charging pre clouser charges, Please reply, it would help me to take a decision.
