i have loan accno 15060327 with lic house loan. in dec.2011 i recieved a call from lic saying that my cheque has bounced and to submit a fresh cheque for Rs. 6593 in place of regular amount Rs,6200.at same time i went to lic house loan off. rohtak and submitted cheque 425285 dt. 21/12/2011 for Rs. 6593 and asked MR. parmod , manager to give me a copy of bounced cheque. the cheque was returned sayin NO SIGN. means lic has proudcd a unsign cheque to sbi bank.it is not my fault as i have already submitted a cheque book with 25 cheques to lic with my sign as per direction of lic.pls guide me to take action lic house loan as they are not responding on my complain.
