Dear Sir / Madam,
I was apply a home loan to HDFC BANK on 5.11.11 and submitted all documents and processing fees amount of Rs 11030 as per HDFC representative Mr. Sanjay (9810321280) and Mr. Ravi ( 9250320775)

My all documents review by branch manager Mr. Vinay 9818733900 wth above Mr.sanjay & Mr Ravi, He commited to me that your loan sanctioned 100% as per your requirement .There is no doubt.But at the time of file rejected his behavior very rude.

After 43 days niether loan sanction as per my requirement & no refund my proceesing fees after many follow up by telephonic & email with HDFC.

This period was very painful for me due to HDFC .
Please help me for refund my full processing fee asap.
