Robbing , harassing, mis handling of services etc are part and parcel of Indian banking system which lacks professionalism,time bound service and customer friendly atmosphere. I have worst news about banks like HDFC who are serious security threat to NRI and local customers. This bank has no procedural machinery in place to handle personal information with professionalism. Your personal info like passport, phone, company documents, ID cards, financial documents, certificates, your address history, family info all vital info are open to staff of all levels, peons, trainees, private agents, couriers, third party and more. It can pose serious security threat to individual and family. This matter was reported to Aditya Puri chairman , but he chose not to address this issue, as he feels it is not so important for Indian context. People working under him at managerial level have not much concern as they find these things very silly. While HDFC claims it is strongest bank in Asia. Aditya puri is simply running this bank in typical lala style while other public sector bank here work in Babu style. Eventually customers are losers with their own money,while these bunch of jokers enjoy free vacation, luxury, cars and air conditioned offices. India is still lacking in basic human values and respect.
