Hi,

My name is Imtiyaz I got the sanction letter from LICHFL Dadar west branch in the first week of December 2011 and i got the property on 09th Dec at Patankar Residency Nalasopara west . As per instructions from LIC i got it registered and paid the stamp duty, i also provided them all the documents, they requested for Development agreement but on 16th Jan they informed me that they want the development agreement registered one otherwise the loan is rejected, I confirmed with the developer and he said they haven't registered the Development agreement and HDFC has given couple of loans over there then why should LIC have any problems. now i don't know what can i do about it, i am in a position that i could lose my hard earned money to the tune of 6,00,000. please some one help me.
