I have a home loan with Axis bank from the month of September, I signed all the papers and was told will receive the papers from Mumbai directly. I have followed up with their helpdesk "n" no. of times but did not get a postive reply. I went to their bangalore office in the month of November and theymentioned I will get in 15 days time. But everythign is in vein... I hve not received the papers yet, but my EMIs are gettign deducted through ECS. Their response is very bad if we call on the land lines and the phones are constantly engaged. Kindly help....
