I got mail from the HDFC bank regarding my Home loan.I had a inquery in Oct. in the branch Marathali with Mr Niranjan and he told me that we had a good offer for the processing fee waiver.At the time of disscussion from the first time he assured me to get the waiver of processing fees of 11102.00 rupees but later it was cancelled.I had given all the necessory document to Mr. Somenath for the proceeding of the home loan.

I had given all the details paper work and charges to them as per the Below details send by them.

Documents for Balance Transfer

1. Sale and Construction Agreement copies
2. Cost Breakup and Allotment Letter
3. Own Contribution Receipts copies
4. Outstanding letter.
5. Repayment Track Record Till date
6. List of documents held with Bank
7. Process Notes as per policy (format attached)

Kindly keep available original documents for verification purposes.

Nothing was mentioned in the above as send by them to me.
