Why don’t you try writing to their customer care team at icare@idbi.co.in ? I’ve had a good experience with them in the past. They are usually very prompt at replying to complaints received on that id.

IDBI Bank refusing to issue share certificate Dear Sir,
I'm having the Home loan acc in IDBI Bank. Although i have submitted the original share certificate with them while opting the loan. They are now saying that they don't have original share certificate with them.
As per my best knowledge, While opting for the home loan it is mandatory to submit the original share certificate to the bank. Also I don't have any acknowledgement regarding submittion of documents.
Pls help me in the same.
