SBI Home Loan Interest Charged more than agreement

Dear sir,
i have taken a home loan on 24th March 2011 in SBI Mahindra World city Branch. As per agreement given, the interest rate should not change for the first year (8.75 %) but with in may 2011 it got increased to 9.5%. As i was in UK, i have sent mail to SBI Representative Mr. Rajesh (who provided home loan) about the increase in interest rate, but i am getting reply as " we are talking with higher official" and nothing changed so far, the same way, whenever RBI changes interest rate, my interest rate also increased, now interest rate applied on my loan is 10.5%. i have sent mail in Aug 2011 also, and after returning from UK, went personally thrice to branch. But nothing happened. Because of this interest rate change i need to pay extra Rs 21000

hi,
my case is same as your's.I had also taken loan from sbi at same conditions as where told to you but now they are charging me the interest rate of 10.5%.

I am having the same problem. I have taken home loan in March-April 2011. At time of sanction they have told me that you will have fixed rate of interest for three years(8.75,9.5,9.5). Now they are charging me floating rate. Please help me if you were able to solve your problem.

Dear sir,

As per agreement given, the interest rate should not change for the first year (8.75 %) but with in may 2011 it got increased to 9.5%. i have made complaint (Ticket no 680507) about the increase in interest rate, but nothing happens, now interest rate applied on my loan is 11.5%.

I am also facing same problem, I have taken home loan in April 2011. The promise of loan was fixed rate of interest for three years at (8.75,9.5,9.5). Now they are charging 11.25%. Please help me in resolving the issue.
