Loan taken from IDBI ON : Sept 2008 at 10 % interest.

Current Status : rate increased to 12.25% twice in a month

Despite received an ammendments from RBI, the bank & their personnels are not ready to acknowledge

Further, whenever we ask for any information, common answer " you dial on x y z number & speak " later a person has to put endless efforts in hopes someone will pick / answer the call, but in vain.

Despite communication being rolled on mail, there is never a feedback except few,,
