Hi,

Builder in Collusion with ICICI Bank Officials and 3rd Party Vendor, forged my Signature on my Home loan Disbursement Forms (2nd & 3rd) to draw the entire Loan amount without my knowledge and there-after, systematically escaped from Construction activities.
Initially when the Bank was approached, to know the Basis for the full amount disbursemnt of my home loan and that too w/o my knowledge, Bank officials gave different reasons (i.e based on Tech evaluation report, Builder authorised to seek, etc) at diff points of time in the same meeting.
When approached Banking Ombudsman, i got all together diff reason, i.e based on customer request, amount was disbursed.
But with the disbursement forms, one can clearly say, the signature in 2nd & 3rd disbursement forms doesn't matches with 1st, ECS Clearnce form, etc and thus the signature is forged. However, neither Banking Ombudsman is competent enough to deal these kind nor the Bank is transparent/fair enough in it's customer practises. All it wants is public money either way (no matter, how bad it is).
I feel, ICICI Bank gone Corrupt much more than our Ruling Party Politicians.
It's been almost 2 yrs that this happened and am not able to do (act) anything against Bank. Reason - Not to able to find able lawyer who can workly professionly and solve my issue.

Hence, Kindly help me in resolving this Issue and in exposing the Corrupt Practises of ICICI Bank to Public, so that atleast other people stays away from this evil bank and lives happily.
