    Default poor services of DHFL diwan housing finanace limit

    Dear sir,
    I have purchased a Flat in sector 34 Noida with a home loan from DHFL some more than 2 year back .I have mailed and try to have telephonically . they said taht you have to visit the branch but even after vvisiting the barnch there is no response. but I have not received the photocopy of property papers till now. Do do the need ful and provide to me the copy of those documents.

    Unhappy Poor Service from DHFL and irresponsible

    I have taken Housing loan from DHFL in the year 2009 and i am paying EMI every month.

    My loan account number is 3477, this year i was in need to loan statement payment details in order to submit for IT proof, when i requested branch manager related to this. The way he responded is horrible, he said we can not give your loan statement, you need to contact branch division davanagere. Then i sent email for the same to bank manager and accounting person over to branch, till now none of them replied.

    And again i tried to reach them through phone, the manager refused to talk, the recieptionist simply disconnected saying manager is busy.

    I don't know what to about this, i need to get loan statement to show for IT submission.
