I had taken home loan from LIC Housing Finance. My loan account no. is 410100000085. I had taken loan in the month of July 2011 from Residency road, Bangalore, under the guidance of the then branch manager Mr. Sridhar. He had asked agent Mr Badrinath to handle our case. We had selected a fixed rate of interest at 10.5%. We have a xerox copy and acknowledgement copy of the same. But till date, they are charging floating rate of interest. We had even given Rs 1100 to Mr Badrinath. But Mr Badrinath is denying that now.
I want my interest rate to be fixed at 10.5% at back date.
Please do the needful.
