I have applied for a home loan in HDFC marathahalli branch . I have submitted my all available documents.
Home loan agent has taken a cheque of Rs11040 for processing fees and a cheque of RS 5567 for Govt value registration. Initially he claimed that the building is already approved by the bank and collected the cheque from me.The money has been deducted from the account.Now they are telling that the property is not approved by the bank and loan can not be sanctioned.They are not ready to refund the money.Now I want to get the money.Please help me to get the money back.

Even getting response. From them is difficult but if everyone keep flooding them then they might wake up from their sleep.
