My Loan no. is 00588266, File No. 00000234,

I had booked the flat at Maharashtra Police Cooperative Hsg. sty, Gaikwad Nagar,
Malad west. However I had told the Employees of the DHFL / Maharashtra Police
Coperative Housing Sty Ltd. while signing the agreement, that I would like to start
my EMI of Home Loan when I will get the pocession of the flat.

He agreed to it, as I informed him that I cannot afford to pay the same as I am
staying on rent at Rs.3500/- per month rent.

Now suddenly I saw the first transaction done on 11th Aug 2009 for Rs. 7370/-, which
got bounced and paid the cash on 17th Aug 09. I had a word with the receptionist
said this is your EMI and it is already started. I still had a go with it.

Later on, on the second instance I found one more cheque bounce in my account of Rs.
8138/-, wherein the cheque got bounced again.

You please let me know what to do for the same, as i had already got the chq. bounce
how i can afford to pay the same.
