I have had applied for the Housing loan. Loan was requested for my Pune property (Megapolis) which is mentioned in the application form and LIC agent Mr. Mayur was also informed of the same. I had provided all the documents to process the loan as per your checklist.

We had been there for interview. LIC has sanctioned the loan and File No is 6101000108) and debited Rs. 5000 from my account. However, they have refused to go ahead on this loan because property is based in Pune and it can’t be processed from Mumbai office. However, I understand people have taken a loan from Pune LIC and same had been discussed with agent as well.

I requested LICHF talk to Pune LIC office but nothing happened on that front. If they can process loan from their Pune office I an fine. If not, I they should refund my processing fees of Rs.5000/. I have alredy sent a letter to LIC house finance on 04-July-2011 but they are not responding to the same..
