I am Nirav B. Shah and i am one of that persone who apply home loan with BOI on 12th June,2009 at Ahmedabad-Bhadra Branch with all necessary docuent with all advance cheque which is for third party inspection and valuation and finally loan sension on dated 10th July,2009 without get any benifit of that scheme.
IS THIS CORRECT ?

From first day i siad i have to apply this for specially that scheme and i provide all document on tha spote without any delay. If you require brief details i will provide you but just revert with any comment.

I have one queary, that your sceme that 9.25% fix for 5 years and not process charge for HOME loan till date 30 June,2009, in that case if some one apply 12th June,2009 with all neccessary document is he/she eligible for that scheme benifite??

Why customer suffer because of your delay, Either BANK should stop any home loan papper accept before 1 month or should give all benifit who put the file before 30 June,2009.

I write a lots of mail to BOI-Bhadra branch also to HO mumbai but no one give me reply, one reply i recieved from BOI-Bhradra branch which is as under from chief manager,

We are expecting confirmation from the competenent authority regarding yr request for considering yr home loan under the special package scheme.
The matter was discussed with you personaly & explained to you during your visit to the branch.
The special package was applicable upto 30th June,2009.
The communication of extention of the schame was received on 14th , July2009.
Yr home loan was sanctioned during the intervening period & upon confirmation the necessary benefits of the scheme may be considered.
We request you to pl await our confirmation in this regard.

IS THIS WRITE???

And second thig that this HOAM LOAN PACKEG date extend till 31st Dec,2009 which Bhadra branch bank people accept but not give me anwer wheather i am eligible this pkg or not???
