I have a IDBI life insurance policy is attached to my loan amount Rs 25,00,000. A
whopping amount of 39,000 has been deducted for the same. I have made
know to the IDBI team that i wanted a waiver on the insurance and i
was not interested in going for the same. But still this was
forcefully tied to my account.I need a waiver on this amount, since i
feel it is an overhead and i have not requested for the same.The loan
amount requested from IDBI is only a part amount and is only 30 -35 %
of the entire amount for construction.The rest of the amount is self
financed. I have not also co-operated to
IDBI federal life insurance officials when they called up to get my
details and have stated that i don't need any insurance. This is
forcefully tied on my loan.Also the interest have added salt to the
wounds which have gone up 2-2.5 % , plus i don't require any insurance
on my loan.
