Dear Sir,

I have taken Homeloan for Rs. 8 lakhs from ICICI Bank.
The EMI is being paid by my employer Bharat Electronics every month.
Since the EMI was getting credited in the first week of every month, ICICI bank was charging OD Charges.

To avoid this i paid all the outatanding OD charges and paid one EMI as advance in Nov 2010 so that OD charges will not be levied. To my dismay, they deductiong the OD charges from the Advance EMI amount every month.

I feel cheated by the bank who is deducting OD charges every month where as i had deposited one month EMI as advance,

Kindly help in directing the Bank appropriately.
