I have taken 13 Lacs as Home loan from ICICI Bank since Dec 2005 started with 8.00 % floating Rate.
Today it is reached to 14.25 .
My concern is Whenever new scheme comes they are not informing to their customers for shifting to them or any procedure to move to new. Now They have come up with ROI 10.75 Fixed for two Years I spoke to customer care he said will be applicable to existing also but needs to pay 0.5 % on Outstanding Loan (7.16 Lacs) Amount by keeping existing thing as it is like My Loan will remain as Money Saver.

Kindly provide me details : I want to keep my Money saver Homeloan type as it is. I want my ROI to be reduced from 14.25 to 12.00 . There is no information available on ICICI Home loan web sites regarding this.

Please help me in reducing ROI .
