Want to Close Home Loan(Student Loan) since 4 month....... I want to close the Home Loan(Student Loan) which i took from CITI Bank in 2001 and i have to close in five years.CITI bank dose'nt sent me any statement since 2001 i want to close the loan but CITI bank manager havent revert for the same since 4 month.....I called CITI bank officer 5-6 time they only provide me the referance no only...
