I have a loan account with HDFC the loan a/c number is 589027181. The total loan amount is Rs. 60 lacs out of which Rs. 40 lacs has been disbursed. The last installment of 20 lacs have been held due to concerns that I'll be selling the property. I have already clarified to the concerned person in writing that I don't have any plan to sell the property and neither authorized any person to do so. The persons in Hyderabad office says that they can't do anything and the final installment cannot be disbursed. About asking them that I wanted to escalate the issue, I was put on hold for about 15 minuets without any response. I've sent email repeatedly without getting any response back. The technical inspection was done after 1 month of sending the request and now it's been more than 2 months since the construction has stopped. At this stage of the house it is of no benefit to me and neither to any one, I have just wasted my interest payments so far just for building the structure with walls and I am facing a considerable amount of loss due to this. I don't think it's fair to stop the loan disbursement at this stage of the construction. I request you to kindly look into the issue.
