Dear Sir;

I have my home loan with HDFC LTD with floating interest rate. My A/C No with HDFC
is 246343454. I have current Rate of interest charged for my home loan is 10.75%.

When i approachced HDFC they asked me to pay 0.5% of principal amount so that they
will convert the loan to 9.25%.

In the statement issued for the conversion of loan, they have not mentioned the
payment details collected from me.

When i noticed the same later and asked for the same, they told it can be issued.

This means the HDFC Bank is trying to proove that they have reduced the rate for the
customers but in the backdoor they are charging for the same which they are not
disclosing.

Moreover to this this conversion availability is not known to all customers of HDFC.
Only those who approaches comes to know that this type of facility is available.

The bank is taking benifit of little awarness in consumer.
