SBI Home loan interest rates are fraud

State Bank of India Interest Rate Discrepancy I've taken a home loan three years back. My rate of interest is showing as 12.75%. But in the SBI's website, it clearly states that it's 10.75%. So, it's 2% higher. Whom should I contact to solve this problem, please help me.
