I had closed the Loan a/c no: LBCOC00000350676 on 26th May 2011 and I had collected the documents from ICICI local branch Kochi. While collecting the same they have informed me that the bal PDC’s will be destroyed from ur end. But surprisingly today(09th June 2011) my savings a/c is debited with this month EMI for Rs.4263/- which caused me loss of not only money but also the time in coordinating with ur customer care centre. When I contacted ur customer care cell on 09th June2011 they are asking me to call on i.e 10th June2011. Approaching local branch they are informing that the amount will be refunded after one week. I don’t know why this irresponsibility is happening from a bank which has got huge network and good will which results customer like me who is facing problems due to negligence from bank personal. Now already 8 days over and whenever i sent mails they are calling and informing that due to some problem i system they are not able to refund the amount. While debiting the EMI from my a/c after the closure of loan a/c system was wroking and now whenever i ask for refund they are giving me the same reply that system is down. I don't know when the system will be ok and they refund my amount.
