HDFC Home loan has changed my Home loan terms & conditions without my information. I send them my concern on 16th April. They have not replied to my concerns; rather they inform the same thing, which I have written. I again put the query on 25th April. Till Date the have not reply me. My requirement is my Loan terms & conditions should remain same. My written communication with HDFC HOME Loan. From ME to HDFC:-Query send on 16th April:- My AC No is 240-722716. I had taken loan from your Ahmedabad office. I was told I can make any amount of part payment after one year completion without any penalty/charges. I can even fore close my A/C with out any extra payment. Today I wend to your Gurgaon-Sec-14 branch. Now I was told that I can prepay 25% of the pending loan. Even if I make full payment I have to pay penalty. I requested the officer to show me in agreement. She shows me one clause. As per clause, pre payment terms are as per HDFC rules. Rules are not mention any where. As per your officer, terms & conditions are changed now. Mu concern is why all new conditions are applicable to old customers without any notice or Written communication???? In case the payment amount is beyond 25% of the balance principal amount as of April then charges would be 2%+ Taxes. From ME to HDFC:-Query send on 25th April:-: Dear Team, I have written the same thing, what u have answered in your reply. I believe you are not willing to answer, but trying to play round. If you are interested to answer please let me know. Other wise only option left is to send concern to Ombudsman. My concern is ....... 1. Why you have not informed the same thing in advance. 2. I have applied for the home loan 15 days back. At the time they have assure me to pay 85% of the actual cost. After 10 days they come back saying they can only pay 60% with giving the clause that we cannot consider your variable pay more than 25%. I have answer them thatI have 2 variable pay and one is the performance bonus it will be applicable for one year and other variable pay is paid quaterly and both together makes 30-50% of my salary as per the company salary structure.

Finally I have to withdraw my application for this and have to serve to apply for different banks and wasted my 15 days on processing this.
