    Cool Noc from hdfc home loan against home loan taken by mr prashant shrikant lene

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Mrs Poonam Prashant Lene wife of Mr Prashant Srikant Lene. My husband had taken loan for the flat situated in Nancy Garden Flat no 603 ,Near Netaji Nagar ,Wanawori Pune.

    Full interest against the home loan is paid by my husband only principle amount is pending to pay.
    I have filed a case 498 A against my husband one year back due to some family disputes. But now we are in the process of settlement. My Father in law - My Shrikant Anant Lene & My Mother in Law - Mrs Radha Shrikant Lene , both are willfylly want to transfer their share to my name.

    For that both Mrs Radha & Mr Shrikant Anant Lene had submitted application to HDFC Home Loan Dept. Shivajinagar, before 1 month. But still I have not received any reason for delaying the process to obtain NOC from HDFC Home Loan. We had date 18 th June 2011 for settle matter in Court. I want to process all the things before that.

    Mr Durgude from home loan, shivajinagar is not entertaining my phone call also , he is saying that his boss is on Leave , and we would let you know after this week and call you on your number.

    Who is responsible for this enquiry?

    Why the delay is going on from 1 month?

    Please give me the proper way to ptroceed further to avoid delay.

    sir, i have completed my home loan in aug.2011 but hdfc was not intimeted me about it. my employer was deducted EMI and send to hdfc.2EMI . from 15.9.2011 i was visited 3 times in panvl branch they r giving me only future dates and dates.executive who attended me is not good communicator with customer.(young).
    so u look in the matter and solve my complaint. last 10 years i hv good experience with hdfc but now its bad old staff is good than new one.

    sir, i have taken a home loan from HDFC in the year 2006.. while taking the loan, to increase the loan amount i needed to deposit a few securities like LIC and NSE certificate... i got one of my LIC certificate matured in the 2007, and informed HDFC people, they gave me the concerned documents and i deposited the same amount 30000 as prepayment... again i got one more LIC certificate matured in the same year and after getting the documents i made a prepayment of 25000 in the same month...
    but i had one more NSE certificate whose maturity date was 13 septemeber 2009, for which i informed people at HDFC home loan branch korba(CG), and they said me that they would inform me after getting the documents from their head quarter.... despite contacting them a few times they did not provide me the document and i wrote an application letter to branch manager HDFC korba again requesting for the above mentioned documents of NSE on 30 october 2010.... now that it has been one year, i did not got any sort of communication may be it any letter, any phone call regarding the document. and i again contacted HDFC indore(the head office of this region), they told me that now the matters related to chhattisgarh state are handled at raipur, and gave me a number of raipur HDFC.. on contacting raipur HDFC on the same day, i was given a reply that we would contact you with all information in few days, and after two three days when i again ringed, i was told that it is month end , so we will contact you in 2-3 days... and again when i contacted them after few days, i was again given a number of HDFC bilaspur saying that they would provide me the details...
    now when i ringed HDFC bilaspur, some person named Mr. naresh picked the call, and he said me that its not the responsibility of HDFC, its solely the responsibility of customer to keep on ringing HDFC people and keep on visiting branch to get information if they have collected the documents from there head office.....
    the person talked to me in a very rough way and even once told that "jaao complain kar do, mai bhi keh dunga ki tumne kabhi written application diya hi nahi aur kabhi apne documents ke liye puchha hi nahi"... and on asking to get a detailed statement of reduction of EMI due to prepayment, the person replied that "since the rate of interest hav increased, your number of EMIs increased and again the date of last EMI is same as before as you have done prepayment" rather than providing detailed statement.....
    now my question is that, if i fail to pay the EMI by the end of a month, people from HDFC call and remind me without failing, isnt it their responsibility to inform and send the security document of any person they keep with themselve?
    secondly, inspite of me informing them about the NSE getting matured and asking them for giving the document back, even on giving written application to them, as they failed to give me document on time, will they accept that amount as prepayment on the prior date on which i askd them for document????
    thirdly, even if i am right or wrong, is the person who is supposed to talk to customer on behalf on HDFC is supposed to talk to customer in a very rough way?
    the person from HDFC bilaspur talked in a very rough way and said that forget about your earlier comunication, i dont hav to say anything about that. if you want your NSE document, come to HDFC bilaspur with photocopy of document or go to where ever you want to complain....
    kindly provide me what sort of things i can do in such situation....

    Wink LIC policy Money back due since JAN 2011 but no care from HDFC Chandigarh.

    I have given my original LIC policy to HDFC, Sector-8, Chandigarh as a security again my loan account No.600154922 Since, January 2011 to till date, I am regularly receiving reminder from LIC that My Money back of Rs. 40K is due for payment but as this policy was assigned to HDFC, hence they need to sent a request letter for release of this payment. Almost 9 months passed but still there is no revert from HDFC Bank. There is Irreponsible staff with bank and this is because of poor management review.

    To whoever It may concern,

    This is to inform you that i applied for HDFC home loan and got the file application number 602786713.Everything was running smooth at my end however for file processing amount My cheque got bounced as per the HDFC bank.I proactively submitted the amount in cash before it got updated in the system after consulting the executive at Munirka Home loan branch in Delhi.After that I received the postal letter for the same that my loan has been sanctioned and I needed to bring in the mortgage and NOC (no objection certificate)from RG Residency (property chosen to acquire) documents before the disbursement of cheque.I received a call from Abhishek in Munirka home loan that somehow it was a miss from the bank and according to their policies they cannot get the loan sanctioned.I already invested 6.3 lakhs and had applied for Home Loan of 13 lakhs for a period of 15 yrs. I invested so much of time energy and hassles in getting the documents and paper work done .None of the executives told me anything about this and I was made to believe i would receive the disbursement in 2 days.

    Now I am being told something else.Just because in human error the cheque got bounced does it loose all my credibility as a consumer.I already paid it in ccash and even the bank acknowledged the same and sent me an approvals letter at my postal address.I maintain a good balance sheet and that is the reason I was considered for this Home Loan.I even asked Abhishek to talk to the Branch Manager but he said he would look into it and get back to us which he never did.I tried calling him but he was not available.Is it so hard to get a Loan. Over promise and Under delivery seems to be an issue for the middle class.I am a Genuine person and would really appreciate if someone gives me a positive answer on the same.

    I had a complaint to MD office of HDFC Bank regarding Two Wheeler Loan in which the bank representative ask me to give a blank sign cheque without puting the name on cheque, so i had asked the same why blank cheque than the attendent told this is the formality you has to follow otherwise your application will not forwarded..
    For the same i had point out the attention of HDFC Bank personal but reply is not at all satisfactory.The same had being mail to PNO of HDFC bank but not received any reply till date. I ask the concern authority to look my above complain & See that other should not suffer.

    Default EMI more than principle outstanding

    I have an housing loan with HDFC. Have paid all EMI except the Last EMI.
    The principle outstanding is Rs. 3700/- Interest out standing is Rs. 50. But HDFC is asking me to pay the full EMI Rs.80,000/-. IF I pay this, I am paying aprox Rs 76000/- more than what I own to HDFC. and thy don't return it.Therefore I am not paying. What is the remedy for this?

    Default refund of processing fee for home loan.

    hello sir,
    I have applied for home loan in your bank under the application no. of 602772097.
    The bank has sanctioned Rs. 40 lakhs.I have paid the processing fee by cheque
    amounted to Rs.11030.The legal report at final stage was not satisfactory, so the
    loan amount was not disbursed.So please refund my processing fee as soon as possible.

    When I came to Pick up the installment Cheque.
    I was shell shocked to see your PreEMI has gone up from 9% to 11.75% in the last few month (I do not know I had to Check)

    Saddest part is I have parked my funds 15lacs at HDFC nugambakkam in FD at 9 %.

    Let me come to the Point.. Iam very clear!
    I want HDFC Home to rework my interest rate and pass back credit for the excess amount collected these days. Please work out my New Rate of Interest and call me back Please.

    Note:
    I also read in Newspaper there is no more penalty for PreClosure.
    SBI still charges 8% for first 2 years and I came to you for the service but I feel let down,

    HDFC'S compliance of NHBs ruling on 19th October 2011 on UNIFORM INTEREST RATES FOR NEW & OLD CUSTOMERS


    NHB has ruled on 19th October 2011 that HFCs should have uniform rates for new and old customers - it has further ruled that it expects compliance with immediate effect

    I have two home loans with HDFC and like millions of others been pushed to the brink due to the multiple times the interest rates have been hiked.

    I wrote to HDFC (all the way from branch office to state head) referring to this ruling and asking them when they will comply and when my interest rates will reduce

    As of now (almost four weeks down) after some severe follow up - all that they have said is that they offer the option of buying spread (this again is nowhere spelt out on their site - you get this only after writing to the State Head and waiting for three weeks)

    I need help in knowing my options and rights in this case

    Default inefficient legal department

    I got my transfer deed registred at rohini sector 11 sub registrar office. Now, after almost 6 months of deed registration the legal department of HDFC fails to collect the tranfer deed from registrar office. No one replies to my mails, phone calls. they r not even confirming that they have misplaced it.

    Default Processing fee return - HDFC Hom loan

    Hello,

    I applied for Home Loan at HDFC and given processing fee of Rs. 11030.00+service tax.
    At present I do not want to deal with HDFC as I am going posponding my purchase. So I want to get back the given processing fee from HDFC.

    Sir,
    I have applied for Housing loan on 08-11-2011.My application no is 603137977. I paid Rs.6618/- as processing fee
    to HDFC on 09.11.11.When i conducted your official regarding the status, they told that all your file is ready
    for loan approval except the address verification. But till date there is no address verification done at your
    end and we could not able to register the flat due to delay at your end. .Make quick arrangements to sanction
    the housing loan or return my all documents submitted at your end and also refund my processing fee to my
