you can choose icici or any other bank

i know its not easy to take loan from government bank but they will not charge you with fake fees

and once you get the loan you are in peace but

with HDFC you are in peace until you get the loan []

i had applied for loan against property in month of april trough one financial agency. i got sanction latter from bank in last week. at the time of disbursement at last moment they ask for a registered partnership deed. but i have applied for registration with government which takes time to come. but i got receipt for the same. they have already deducted fees from my account.

my question is.

1. i had submitted my partnership deed copy on day one. why they did not check it that its not registered?
2. why cant they give me cheque against the receipt of application for registration?
3. how to complain? where to complain?

i have gone trough real mental, physical, financial trauma. need guidance on this.

I have got pre approval letter for loan from hdfc for which I have paid 9000 as processing fee. Now the property which I have booked is not approved by HDFC. So I will have to look for some other bank. Will I get back my processing fee ?

Hi,

I am Rajesh and I have taken loan from HDFC Bangalore. I was assured my Mr Rahul (0998665253) that insurance amount will be reverted back.

Although I have got my loan amount but still insurance amount in not reverted.

Now I am not able to trace Mr Rahul. He has switched off his mobile.

Please don't take loan from HDFC where person like Rahul is working and making false commitment and cheating the customer.

In the month of April 2010, I had applied for the home loan with Hdfc Bank Sahibabad UP. Home loan amount
8,00,000. was approved on the basis of allotment letter & my salary. But no disbursement was made . My loan was rejected and I was given understanding that flat no. was not mentioned on the allotment letter Also they have refunded only half processing fees. it's the bank who's at fault for not reading my Allotment letter properly which was submitted with my salary slips initially and should bear the cost. So they should refund the complete processing fees.
Now I am asking them to return my original brochure of GDA. which is in Munirka office. But they are not returning it and saying that it is misplaced. I am very disappointed with the practice that this bank follows .In spite of reminders, no appropriate reply I am getting. I want to contact other banks for loan and brochure would be required. I am not able to understand ,how to get it back

Please help me to get the brochure and balance amount of processing fees.

I have applied for Home Loan for Rs. 10,00,000/- after satisfying to your customer representative Mr. Biswajit with all the required documents and paid Processing fees of Rs. 5515/-on 21.06.2010, He promised me to sanction the loan within the week but on 27 th he informed me to repay the existing home loan of Rs. 1,32,000/- approx to my earlier banker Standard Chartered Bank and accordingly I repaid the whole loan amount and the scan copy in support of my loan repayment sent through email. Today he called me back and asked me to provide further few documents of my other business. I agreed and told him to collect the required documents right now but before to collect the same he was requested to send the official mail. Till now neither he sent me the mail nor he contact further.
Now I egger to know is this the practice of a reputed bank ( I am also a customer of HDFC since last 10 years) to delaying matter in the way what I am facing today - pl. also justify the add - the quickest home loan from HDFC Bank etc. etc.
Since I have lost lucrative opertunaties from other bank because of my feelings and the weekness towards HDFC. I want to know how many days I have to wait for the disbursment of the loan amount

I was originally inhabitant of calcutta. I took loan from Jeevandep bldg middileton st of amt 4.5 Lakh on 2001. But inconnaction with my sevice I have been here for last two and half year, and i used deposit all my PDC at vizag office, On 2nd sep 2010 I deposited a cheque of amt 24397.00.and closed my a/c I did mail to ur office to send my all documents along with 4 nos pdc i,e sep10 to dec10 to vizag office. on 8th sep2010 through Your ID NO 2704110 ur office mailed me to collect documents from vizag office, but sorry to say u that inspite of 6th consicutive days mailing to ur office I am not getting any reply from ur office.I am daily I am making ph to your vizag office about arrival of document then they became unhappy. they used to tell pl contact with ur cal office. Earlier i used to feel proud of become a customer now i feel ashamed. pl look into the matter seriously and send my documents along with my 4 nos PDC to vizajg office as early as possible because I have been posted to GE DANAPUR BIHAR, on receipt of the same I shall move from here.

I hold a HDFC home loan for the last 2 years. Since this year my EMI has started. I do the EMI payment by online transfer as I also hold a HDFC savings account (salary account) and today to my surprise I saw that from 1st November onwards to make a online payments for EMI they would be charging Rs. 100 for every transaction. Or to avoid this you need to have an ECS / SI or post dated cheques.
My question is that is it an RBI rule that we need to compusorily have any one of the 3 mentioned above. As I do payments regularly and that too before time. Then why this new payment.

I applied for Home Loan Rs. 17.50 lac at HDFC and given processing fee of 0.5% (Rs. 8750) + service tax +Stamp duty + mortgage Totals Rs. 13250.00.
They sanction above loan and inform me by SMS and mail but not send me actual sanction copy to read term and conditions. But they credited cheque from my account to HDFC.

At present I do not want to deal with HDFC as the interest rate is higher as compeer to other Bank. So I want to get back the given processing fee from HDFC.

Could you please inform me the process to get back the fee?

U will not get it. Sorry to say. Just do a service to man kind .. tell everyone whom you know anf whom you do not (shout on the strret), that never visit HDFC. never take loan from them. This 11k+, you should think, you have sacrificed for nothing. Bring a revolution to make sure HDFC face lehman brother fate. I wish it comes true!

As confirmed from the office bearear of HDFC home loan deptt.of Gurgawn Mr. R.Dhawan as well as Mr.Sarfaraz telephonicaly on dated 10.11.2011 that my home loan case has not logged in and the requisit amount of Rs.25 lacs can not be sanctioned for home loan as per my monthly income. I have made an e.mail to you for the cancellation of home loan proposal and have requested to return my two cheques bearing No.876081 and 876084 of an amounting Rs.5515+5515 total of Rs.11030/- only on dated 10.1.2011. But HDFC Ltd. has got cleared my said cheque from my SB A/c without sanctioning of my home loan.

In view of above it is once again requested that the above amount to Rs.11030/- alongwith all documents (to avoid any misuse) may be returned to me without any delay.

Sir, I encounter the problem in the loan extension of Rs 96000/-. I already submitted the application to office through Mr Shrikant on 3rd Jan 2011, but till date no check has not been released. Though all process has been completed including inspection.

i submit all document at 15/2/2011 , all formalities comleted, like site survey,leagal & techanical, salry/job veryfication, but still date loan amount not santioned, when i contact branch mahnager he told me that loan is under aprooval ( from 15 days), pl.do prcess fast , otherwise give me higher authority phone /mo number.
