Dear Consumer court,

I had applied for Home loan with LICHFL. (Life Insurance corporation Housing Finance
Limited).
I had selected property in Ghansoli, Navi mumbai with builder "Mahavir Enterprises"
(Mahavir Tower - Sector -6 Ghansoli).

Builder had convinced me to make loan with his known agent of LICHFL Mr. Sunil Yadav
(LICHFL, Vashi Branch).
Builder told me it will help me to make the quick loan within 7-10 days.

Subsequentally I had applied for homa loan with LICHFL Mr. Sunil Yadav.
I had submitted all the necessary documents on 21 May,09 to LICHFL through Mr. Sunil
yadav.
He told me to get sanction letter within 7 days.

After convincing by Builder and LIC agent I had completed my registration process on
3 June,09.
As per one of the agreement condition builder mentioned that remaining payment by
Loan must be pay within 7 days of the agreement date otherwise he will charge me by
21% for the remaining amount (loan amount) from the date of agreement.
But at the time builder was agree to exceed this time limit without giving approval
in written.

I got the sanction letter by LICHFL on 18 June, 09 after 27 days from the submitting
document againest 1 week.

Regularly I am taking follow up with LIC agent Mr. Sunil Yadav, LIC,Vashi branch
(cell:-9821064242) (above the Navratna Hotel, near to busdepo) area Manager Mr
A.B.Lal (cell#9833024535) but they are not able to give satisfactory reply for the
delay.
There was not even a single problem in my documents. still they are making delay to
getting the loan.
I dont know whats the reason. Even LIC, branch manager and agent are not giving
satisfactory reply they are just saying it happens.

Still I am waiting for the cheque of the amount already delayed by 10 days from the
issuing of the sanction letter.
LIC, Vashi told I will get within 7 days.

Builder is threatening me for chargng the interest by 21%. LIC is making delay and
builder is charging me.
still I have no hope.
LIC, Vashi branch is making delay.
I am very tensed and puzzled.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Dear Admin (or consumer court or any reader),

My matter has been resolved now by above mentioned LICHFL,Vashi individuals mentioned above.
They helped me out to resolved the issue.

Please remove this thread from here on urgent basis so that it doesn'e show negative impression of them.

Please don't take negative my above complaint towards any individual mentioned in my above thread.

As i dont have any option to remove or edit post or thread put by me so please remove this thread.
