I have booked flat and done government registered agreement. Bank delayed payment by 2 months due to processing. On 7/4/11 bank gave cheque to builder but now builder is not encashing it forcing me to cancel agreement. He kept cheque given by bank with him for last 1.5months now bank is forcing me that if builder does not encash cheque within 2 days they will cancel cheque.
Builder is not even picking my phone, not ready to meet me.
If now bank cancels by cheque my full processing fees is lost and i again need to approve my loan.
